Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
As the joyous Christmas holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to convey our warmest wishes to all our students and their families. We hope this festive period brings you joy, relaxation, and unforgettable moments with loved ones.
Important Dates:
We would like to inform you of the holiday schedule.
The Christmas break will commence on December 13th, 2023 (Wednesday) and classes will resume on January 8th, 2024 (Monday). We kindly request all students to ensure they are present on the day of resumption.
Upcoming Examinations:
Although it is a time for celebration, we understand the importance of academic progress. To align with this, we encouraged our parents to monitor the SS3 students, this is the time for serious studying for the upcoming Examinations (internal and external) .
We encourage students to make the most of the study resources available at home and engage in dedicated revision sessions. Success in these exams will set a positive tone for a great future and other academic terms.
Use of Gadgets by Students:
At Wales Schools, we recognize the significant role technology plays in education and daily life. We would like to remind students about the responsible usage of gadgets, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. While these devices can greatly aid in learning, they can also become distractions if not used mindfully. Therefore, we request parents and guardians to actively monitor their children’s screen time, ensuring that it is balanced between educational uses and recreational activities. Together, let us create a healthy digital environment for our students.
